As this is the first post for SciFi Ramble, I thought I'd give a bit of background into what will be covered here at the site. I'll not only be looking at some scifi news, I'll also be doing a few episode synopsis, thoughts, feelings about various scifi shows. I should also point out that I consider shows like Buffy and Joss Whedon's upcoming series Dollshouse to be scifi, even though some may not.

There may also be the odd science fiction rant or random scifi thought hitting this site, since I have a tendency to go with the flow. I do hope however that you as the reader will find the posts interesting and informative, whatever style they take.
